1. Shipping via Postal Delivery
To ensure your floral arrangement arrives safely and beautifully,
each piece is carefully packed with the utmost attention to detail:
- The flowers are gently covered with a protective plastic sleeve to prevent any stains or dust during transit.
Please note that the blooms may appear slightly folded upon arrival, and can be easily reshaped by hand.
- The base (pot or vase) is securely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap for extra protection.
- High-quality shock-absorbing foam is added to minimize impact during shipping.
- Finally, the arrangement is placed inside a sturdy parcel box and sealed carefully before dispatch.
2.จัดส่งทาง Grab รถยนต์/มอเตอร์ไซค์ แจ้งพิกัดปลายทางส่งมา ร้านจะเช็คค่ารถให้ค่ะ
2.1 รถยนต์ - สวมถุงพลาสติกคลุมดอกไม้ ดอกไม้จะไม่เสียทรงค่ะ สวยตามแบบในรูป
- แพ็คบับเบิ้ลที่ตัวกระถางหรือแจกัน
- ใส่กล่องแบบไม่ปิดฝา
2. Delivery via Grab (Car / Motorcycle)
For delivery within Bangkok, we also offer transportation via Grab (car or motorcycle).
Simply send us your destination location, and our team will assist in checking the delivery fee for you.
2.1 Grab Car Delivery
- The flowers will be covered with a protective plastic sleeve to keep them clean and secure.
With car delivery, the arrangement maintains its shape beautifully and will arrive exactly as shown in the photos.
- The pot or vase is carefully wrapped with bubble protection.
- The arrangement is placed in an open-top box (not fully sealed) to ensure proper ventilation and preserve the natural form of the flowers during transit.
2.2 รถมอเตอร์ไซค์ - สวมถุงพลาสติกคลุมดอกไม้ ดอกไม้จะมีทรงหุบลง สามารถดัดเงยช่อจัดทรงได้ค่ะ
- แพ็คบับเบิ้ลที่ตัวกระถางหรือแจกัน
- ใส่กล่องแบบปิดฝา / ใส่ถุงกระดาษ (กรณีดอกไม้เล็กน้ำหนักเบาใส่ถุงได้ )
2.2 Grab Motorcycle Delivery
- The flowers will be gently covered with a protective plastic sleeve to prevent dust or stains during transit.
Please note that with motorcycle delivery, the blooms may appear slightly folded upon arrival, and can be easily reshaped by hand.
- The pot or vase is securely wrapped in bubble protection for added safety.
- The arrangement will be placed either in: a fully closed box for maximum protection, or
a premium paper bag (for smaller and lightweight pieces that can be safely carried).

ลูกค้าที่ได้รับสินค้าทางพัสดุไปรษณีย์ กรุณาถ่ายวีดีโอก่อนเปิดกล่องพัสดุสินค้านะคะ หากพบปัญหาความเสียหายที่สินค้า สามารถส่งวีดีโอแจ้งมาได้ที่ LINE ID : JOEOFA ทางร้านค้ายินดีส่งสินค้าใหม่ไปให้ค่ะ
Products Vase/Glass/Pot
Customers who receive products via postal parcels, please take a video before opening the parcel box. If you find any damage to the product, you can send a video to LINE ID: JOEOFA. The store is happy to send a new product.
สินค้า แจกันดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์ / กระถางดอกไม้จัดสำเร็จ
หากลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าในสภาพสมบูรณ์แล้ว แต่ต้องการคืนสินค้าด้วยเหตุผลใดๆก็ตาม ทางร้านค้ายินดีรับสินค้าคืนในกรณีที่สินค้าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ไม่แตกหักชำรุดเสียหาย และลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการส่งสินค้าคืนกลับมา โดยทางร้านค้าจะถ่ายวีดีโอก่อนเปิดกล่องพัสดุ เพื่อส่งให้ลูกค้าดูกรณีที่สินค้าเกิดการชำรุดเสียหายนะคะ
Products Artificial Flowers vases / Ready-made flower pots
If the customer receives the product in perfect condition but wants to return the product for any reason, the store is happy to accept the product back if the product is in perfect condition, not broken or damaged. And the customer is responsible for returning the product. The store will take a video before opening the parcel to show the customer in case the product is damaged.
